Hi,

My order tracking number is LO420155719CN. Tracking stats says that delivery was attempted on 3jan but no intimation. Could you pls suggest if i can collect my package from any other local address.

Awaiting your response on same.

LO420155719CN is the hand of BPost(Belgium Post). you need contact Bpost to pickup your parcel asap.

LO420155719CN is the tracking number you can refer to Bpost to locate your parcel.

Is there any way to identify BPOST id because i checked with them but they are unable to locate with order ref. The reference you mentioned is from China Post ... but i need reference from BPOST. How this can be identified?
