Hi

Is it possible that my delivery is having problems due to Hong Kong protests? Tracking shows that item left China on the 1st November, but there has been no tracking up date since them.

Hong Kong protest caused serious delay of parcels shipped from Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Hong Kong. You might need wait one or two more weeks to get your parcel.
