this packet will come with epacket, 15.11.2018 sent from china to turkey but its not come in turkey. what will i do?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LM248237783CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Beijing office to Turkey on Nov 15.

Normally such epacket should arrive Turkey in 2 to 3 weeks. Now is rush season, the parcel might have some delay.

I suggest you wait another 2 weeks. If you can not get it by new year holiday, you need open dispute for lost parcel refund.
