According to the tracking information (see above) the item I have ordered has been apparently delivered. However, I never received anything! Do you have any further information/documentation of who received and when?
I‘d appreciate your help in tracing the ptoduct.
The log shows Final delivery on 29.11.2019 and states under location: 728833717020

LL838298271CN was delivered by Germany Post(DHL paket) on Nov 29. Please contact Germany Post for delivery detail.
