http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LE746928881CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on Sep 12. Based on our stat, It has about 40% chance to be lost. I suggest you wait 2 more weeks, if you can not get it by Nov 10, then open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.
