http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CP382628420CN shows the parcel was sent to Shanghai shipping forwarder on Sep 28. This is an economical class slow parcel.

Is it a heavy item(>2kgs)?

If this is a heavy item, it will go through sea and very very slow (can take 3 to 6 MONTHS) .
If this is a less than 2kgs item, it will arrive Europe in 30 to 60 days.
