Hello, tracking parcel LB803694025DE on http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LB803694025DE says it is Handed over to forwarding agent for tansit.

However tracking the same parcel here http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?order_no=LB803694025DE says the status is Cancelled?

Could someone help with some info what is happening and what Cancelled mean?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows both parcels had delivery problem and on the way back to Germany. Normally this is caused by following reasons:
1)The item are not allowed by China customs.
or
2)Receiver does not want to make customs clearance or accept the order
or
3)Receiver did not give shipper correct address and delivery is not possible.
