Is it possible to get more details about
CY285688739DE
We send a return package to china from Germany.

the seller doesn't want to accept the return, so the parcel was returned to Germany on Oct 25. It will reach Germany in the end of 2024 or early 2025.

Is there proof the seller rejected the order or are you speaking from experience?

Because the seller accepted the return and we also have a dispute going on paypal.

But we probably got scammed...

based on our experience. Too many similar cases reported by other users in this forum.

Make customs clearance is quite simple. if the parcel customs clearance failed , 99% reason is that receiver intensionally does not do it.
