Post Help with tracking for Germany

Hi,
my order with tracking id
LO603113277CN
shows en route with last update:
2019/12/15 0:38 - Departure export customs - WUHAN EMS

What does that mean? Will the same tracking number be valid for DHL tracking? What are the different stages for the order (ie. import customs?)

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO603113277CN shows the parcel left Wuhan to Germany on Dec 15. It is on the way to Germany.

Normally after leaving Wuhan , the parcel will travel another 10 to 30 days to reach Germany. Once it arrive Germany, about tracking page location column will show Germany city name.
