Hello, seems like my topic was deleted maybe it was an error? Anyway I have a package sent from Germany to China via DHL. It contains a action figure for repair for after sale service . The company is legit and all. But my package is stuck at inward office exchange for so long already . There is a phone number of that company provided on the package but I asked and they have not been contacted yet by customs.. any help would be appreciated. Thx

CY735138627DE has no arrival information in China Post system. Based on Germany Post(DHL) information, it was sent to airline and arrived Guangzhou airport on June 29. Is its final destination China mainland or Hong Kong or Taiwan?

Ohh ..i guess its China mainland? This is the adress they gave me :

It is strange. As per Germany Post data, the item arrived Guangzhou airport long time ago but airline has never give it to China Post. This is not a good news. You need to contact Germany Post and file investigation.
