Dear Sirs,

I hope all is well and that help is possible tracking this two packages.

There have been no changes in shipment status for a long time:

LO467548608CN

LO350921521CN

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO350921521CN shows the parcel was sent to airline from Shenzhen on Oct 26. It should be seriously delayed or lost (Hong Kong airport protest caused serious trouble for many south China parcels shipped in Oct and Nov). I suggest you open dispute for lost parcel refund.

LO467548608CN was shipped on Nov 24 from Beijing to Portugal. Now is rush season, you might need 10 to 30 more days to get this parcel.

Out of curiosity.

"Lost" means gone forever or it can eventually show at my doorstep.
