Package LL727008143CN no activity for a long time everything else ordered at same time already delivered , what's happened to it ?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LL727008143CN shows the parcel was shipped from Shenzhen on Sep 18 to UK. Now south China airports have some delay, you might need wait one or two more weeks.
