Hello,

Please help: I have a package that has to arrive but is stuck in Guangzhou Airport since 13.12.2016 and I don't know why. I would like to know what is wrong with my package and when will I receive it.

some parcels shipped in early Nov just arrived destination. your parcel should arrive in another one or two weeks.

My parcel departed China on December 13 2016 to Canada. It's been more than 2 months and the tracking details don't show anything further. Where is my parcel now and when will I receive it.
Tracking number of China registered air mail post is RS812633143CN

shipping to canada is very slow. some parcels might travel 90 days to arrive. please be patient.
