QFLVS1885602918YQ is not china post parcel. It is from a private company called QFL . QFL website says the parcel was shipped on Jul 12 but no further detail. I believe this parcel might be lost by QFL.

If you paid with PayPal/Ali Express, you need open dispute for refund.
