Happy new Year,

I'm a bit worried about my package. I've tracked it till Beijing (Arrival at Sorting Center 17 dec 2019), so 2 weeks ago, but it hasn't moved since then. What's happening?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=EV760849249CN shows the parcel was shipped by your seller From China Post Beijing office to France on Dec 16.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and France Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Beijing ,China or customs warehouse in France). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Now is rush season, Such no-information stage might last 20 to 30 days until France Post gets the parcel from customs. Then France Post website will show its new status with France location.

EV760849249CN is on the way to France. You need wait 2 to 4 weeks to see new update. Please be patient.

My package is now in France and should be home very soon!
