Hi, is this normal?
This is the tracking: LX333907520CN
My order is still in China after 21 days?
It never happened to me, I ordered before with ePacket and it went from China to Italy in 5/10 days.
Could you help me? Is it normal?
Is it possible that the item got lost or something?

the parcel is delayed not lost. Many ePackets are suffering some delay since April. Please wait 2 to 3 more weeks.
