This parcel is making me wondering: it didn't arrive yet and the tracking didn't update since November 9th, which was when it left China, more than a month ago. Even on a rush season it looks like a long delay even for a EMS Parcel, since it wasn't even scanned at the destination country (Portugal). Is it safe to claim it as lost?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LM197586589CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post shenzhen office to Portugal on Nov 9. Normally such epacket should arrive in 2 to 4 weeks. It is very likely to be lost.

I suggest you wait one more week, if you can not get it by Dec 17, open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.
