Hi,

I ordered a gift from Purenesty and this has been in transit since mid-March.

I've contacted them on numerous occasions and they aren't much help. My tracking number is LX053164641CN and it the tracking doesn't show any moment since 14th of March, I've tried accessing the tracking for like 6 different tracking sites, none are useful.

Any information in getting this parcel towards me would be useful.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LS287776113CN was shipped from Fuzhou to UK on MAR 14. It is still in Fuzhou

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to UK. China Post has serious shipping space shortage. Not sure when it can catch flight from Fuzhou. Please wait one or two more weeks to see what will happen.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller.

Right, so this has never left China and it's stuck in some sort of backlog in an airport?

Okay, I guess there's nothing to it but to wait.
