hi community,

can you see if this tracking number works?
CT595769815CN
i ordered something on 10th december and It says that my parcel is frozen since dec15th!
I don’t know if this is normal or if there’s something wrong with my tracking number

CT595769815CN should be seriously delayed. such epacket normally should arrive Germany in 2 to 4 weeks.

I suggest you wait one more week. if you can not get it by Jan 18, open dispute for lost parcel refund.
