I have n’t been able to find shipping information for the past 2 weeks, please help me

CG113543723NL has nothing to do with China Post. It looks like Netherlands Post tracking number.

Some China seller use Netherlands Post to ship battery item. The parcel should arrive Netherlands first, then transit to destination country through Netherlands Post system.

You can not see shipping record until parcel arrives Netherlands. This might take one or two more weeks.

Once it enters Netherlands Post system, you can track your parcel in Netherlands Post website.
