CC108455941NL arrived in Yiwu on July 3 but recipient has never made customs declaration. This is often caused by following reasons:
1)Shipper didn't write the recipient's correct mobile phone number. Without that number, China Post can not notify recipient to make customs clearance and can not make deliver the goods properly. If this is the case, you need ask recipient to call China Post hotline 11183 and try to make customs clearance in the regional China Post office.

2)Recipient does not want to accept the parcel(This often happens when parcel is a return item for refund). If this is the case, China Post can't do anything. This is not a shipping problem. You need contact your marketplace to file a dispute.
