Hello, I cant find my Package and the Tracking hasnt updated for 8 days. How can I find out where my Package is?

Without tracking number, it is difficult to address your problem. However, now is holiday rush season, 8 days is not a long waiting time. In some stage, parcel status might freeze for 2 to 4 weeks. this is normal, it doesn't mean your parcel is lost or has any problem.
