Hello,

I bought many things from ghibli store and every item except one arrived over the last two months. And I can‘t track it, the number is PR033178235YP, please can someone help me?

PR033178235YP is Yanwen parcel number. Yanwen actually used china post tracking number LL469708894CN to ship it to Austria.

Austria Post shows the parcel failed delivery on July 24. then it was returned to China by Austria Post. The address printed in the parcel should be wrong. You need open dispute to seller for refund.
