Hello. I have a parcel in guangzhou and its not moving for a month. I need the product I bought as fast as posible and I would like to know if I have to buy another one or not. The question is: are the delayed parcels going to be shipped? When are going to be sent? I have seen in this forum so much parcels delayed, some of them for 40-50 days. My parcel is in guangzhou airport and sent by epacket. Please, give us more information and a serious reply as you are just anzwering the same over and over again.

Many parcels shipped in Oct and Nov from South China(Guangzhou,Shenzhen, Foshan etc) are suffering serious delay. They were delayed in Hong Kong airport and still waiting for processing.

Many other parcels shipped later have change route and skipped Hong Kong , many later shipped parcel have arrived destination.

If your parcel was shipped in Oct , Nov from South China, you need wait some more days.

My parcel is from november. That means the parcels from october are not even sent? .... wow... then I have to wait at least one more month!?
