Hello there,

a simple return package from germay to China (322000 Fotang town) is now for almost 3 months in china customs.

Is this the usual way?

Here´s the order number:

CY732225843DE arrived in Jinhua on Dec 17. But the recipient has never made customs declaration.

Is this parcel a return for refund? Bad sellers often play such game: In order not accept return and issue refund, they don't make customs clearance.

Correct, return for refund aaaand

...bad seller :-(

What to do now? Sadly paypal closed the open issue until package arrives at its destination.
I fI remeber the help pages of chinapost correctly, just the local language is accepted, which I neither speak nore write :-(

This is not a shipping issue, and it’s not even a customs clearance issue. Even if the shipper is willing to pay for customs clearance, if the recipient does not intend to accept the goods, China Post cannot forcibly clear customs and deliver the package.

You need to open a dispute with PayPal. Tell them that the seller is deliberately refusing to clear customs and accept the goods in order to avoid issuing a refund. If other buyers have filed similar complaints, this seller may eventually have their PayPal account suspended.
