Hallo, hier ein Nachtrag zu meinem Beitrag: Betrug von Firma „Annas Kleinoden“--> Ich verstehe nicht, warum China Post Zollgebühren für 2 Paar Ohrringe im Wert von ein paar Złoty verlangt. Ich reklamiere doch die Ohrringe, weil es ein eindeutiger Betrug ist und ich will nur mein dafür bezahltes Geld wieder zurückgewinnen.

if you want to waive import duty, receiver must make customs declaration. Obviously the seller didn't want to make customs clearance and issue the refund.

This is not a shipping problem, not even a customs problem. It is a business honesty problem.
