The above tracking number (ZC06823035501), states the package was delivered 07Sep2026. This is not the case. The product has not been received. Please investigate and provide status.

The package was sent to the wrong address. The wrong state. When ordered, the address used was the following:

1865 Wildwood Ln
Elgin, SC 29045

After review, the package states it was delivered in Elgin, Illinois. (Wrong State). Please redirect or replace the product
