Your Volunteers' English is generally excellent, but sometimes they write: "you should be scammed". In English, this really means that the chinapostvolunteer WANTS the poster to be scammed! They obviously don't mean this!
It may be better to use another phrase like "you might be scammed" meaning "the seller may be scamming you". (BTW, I am English by birth and education and have taught IELTS!).

Thanks for your kind correction. We will change the term " should have been scammed". Do you think this is ok? "Might be scammed " seems not that certain. But we want to send a message to the buyer that his/her seller has more than 90% possibility to be a cheater and some actions must be taken against fraud immediately before it is too late.

"It might be a scam" is a much better statement. If you think the seller is a real scam then use this "This is very likely to be a scam."
