This order shows delivered October 10th. This has NOT been delivered. I live in a gated community and all parcels need to be delivered before 5 pm CST. It showed delivered about 6:30/7 pm CST. When the alert showed delivered I went outside and there was nothing. Not by the door, vehicles, or the table on the ramp. I want either my money refunded immediately or you ship out new order at no cost to me.
