Post Wrong postal code - help!

Hi, I was tracking an item, and when I tracked it internationally, it has the wrong postal code listed. Is there a way that I can verify if the address is correct and/or whether this is an issue just in the information that was inputed into this website, or if it was incorrectly labelled on the original package?

unfortunately you can not verify the address detail of a tracking number. the only thing you can do is wait until buyer protection date is expiring. if you can not get the parcel by protection deadline, open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for non-arrival order refund.

It wasn't through paypal or aliexpress. It's hard to explain the process. Basically, I bought it from a website, who ordered it on my behalf from a Chinese company, who are shipping the item. I don't even know if there is buyer protection. :(

having a buyer protection policy or payment method(paypal,alipay,amazon pay,google pay etc) is a very important identity to distinguish reliable shopping website and scam website.

it is very risky to buy from a website which has no buyer protection payment system(like paypal,alipay,amazon pay etc). If you are scammed, you can not get your money back.

Next time, please stay away from such risky websites.

I believe it was facilitated through Paypal, but I wasn't logged in to Paypal. Does that make a difference?

if paypal sent you a transaction id after your payment, you can contact paypal to open dispute if you believe you are scammed.
