what do I do when the wrong item was shipped. I recieved this tiny package that I did hot order and am expecting a murphy bed. The tracking number for my order # Is for the one I recieved. So now where is my murphy bed I paid for. How do I get a refund? This is crazy!

you suffered a typical online shopping scam. If you paid with paypal/aliexpress/amazon/WISH, you can open dispute for item not as described reason and claim refund.
