I brought a product from Aliexpress with tracking number RP689446708CN and today when I checked in the post office,I came to know that it’s already delivered to some other customer. The shipment address was not mine.They will not deliver the shipment unless the customer produce a valid ID proof. So what to do, is it possible to get the delivery address of the above tracking number or how can I get the correct tracking number

Saudi Post website shows RP689446708CN was delivered by Ghazzawi post office - MAKKAH AL MUKARRAMAH. If you are not in that area, it means your seller printed wrong address(maybe he printed other people's address in your parcel).

You need open dispute to Ali express for refund.
