Hi, my name is Kyung Hyun Kim and I need China Post's help to get my parcel.
I ordered an amethyst crsytal ball but i made mistake on writing my home address.
My product's tracking number is LL698169407CN.
It is said that the product is still is Post office.

My home address is 99, Seongsin-ro, Deogyang-gu
1911dong 501ho
Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea
Gyeonggi-do
10483
South Korea

But I wrote Gyeongsangbuk-do, instead of Gyeonggi-do.
Everything else is correct including postal code.

Would it be possible for me to get my crystal ball, since postal code is correct?
If not, can you tell which post office my parcel is located?

unfortunately you can not change address when parcel is on the route.

China Post parcel will be delivered by Korea Post in your country. you can contact Korea Post and ask them to forward the parcel from wrong address to your correct address.
