http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows RV391030263CN was just shipped on April 30. It still is waiting for flight space in Shenzhen airport.

this kind of tracking number starting with R is called China Post register airmail parcel. This is a slow service which low priority to compete space with EMS and ePacket.

Coronavirus has cancelled 99% international airlines from china . China Post has not enough airline shipping space.

As your parcel has lowest priority to compete limited shipping space with EMS,ePacket parcels. You have long time to wait(30 to 90 days). After parcel arrives USA, usps.com will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
