Post Why my package been canceled?

ORDER #CRAFTIFYX-20869, my package should arrive last month at 28 but I haven’t received it when I checking on the tracking my package it has been canceled, but I didn’t do anything to cancel my order. I want my package!

you need provide tracking number not order number. Here is a shipping discussion forum.
