Post Why is my package canceled?

Its been two weeks and still have not gotten my package. I checked the tracking number and it says ‘alert’ and ‘canceled’. I want to know why it got canceled? And how can i get my money back?

LS098104047CN was rejected by Beijing airport. Not sure reject reason. You need open dispute for refund.

depending on how you made payment. If you paid with a method with buyer protection system, such as paypal/aliexpress/amazon , you can contact their customer service to open dispute for refund.

If you did not use above mentioned safe payment system, you can not open dispute to get refund.
