I ordered an item on April 21st, and the last known update was from April 22. Tracking number is LS312528393CN . Any thoughts? Thanks!

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LS312528393CN was shipped on apr 21 from China. It was sent to Xiamen airport on April 22 and is still in Xiamen airport waiting for flight to USA.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to USA. China Post has serious shipping space shortage and bad delay.

Once parcel arrives USA, USPS website will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is not expiring, I suggest you keep waiting. Otherwise open dispute for refund.
