Hello how can I get help tracking a package? LN623074745CN. Last update on movement was 6/13/2020. I would like to know where my package is and why it hasn't moved in two months.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LN623074745CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on Jun 13. It is still waiting for flight from Shanghai to USA. You can not see update until it catches flight and arrives first USA airport.

http://track-chinapost.com/?p=976 shows average waiting time to USA is about 7 weeks. Your parcel is a little bit slower than average but still in normal time frame. You need some patient.

Once parcel arrives USA, http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php will show arrival info.

Thank you for the reply. But what has my package been doing for all this time. Why so long to fly out?

Most international flights in China have been canceled due to the coronavirus outbreak. China Post does not have enough air space. So it will take a long time for getting the airlines space.
