http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LY265674421CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on Jun 11. It is still in China waiting for flight space to USA.

http://track-chinapost.com/?p=976 shows average waiting time to USA is about 7 weeks. You need wait some more time.

Once parcel arrives USA, http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php will show arrival info.

I'd suggest you wait patiently and watch for your buyer protection period and ask an extension if it is running out soon,or open dispute for a refund.
