LL583831400CN has no shipping record. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you are very likely to be scammed.

If you just got this tracking number, you need push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not get real tracking number in next 3 days, you will open dispute to paypal/aliexpress/amazon against fraud.

If you got this parcel number long time ago and paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.
