I understand that there are delays due to Covid-19, but its been almost 2 months and package hasn't moved. Tracking number is EA290416185CN.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=EA290416185CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on July 15 , it is still waiting for flight to USA.

Your parcel has some bad delay and is slower than average. But it is still in normal time frame. Give you one example, http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LY292933911CN was sent to airline on Jun 12 and stuck there for two months and finally arrived USA on Aug 19.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute for non-arrival order refund. Otherwise please keep waiting.

Any estimate on a time frame? How long should we expect to wait? 2 months seems like it should have moved by now. Ive ordered multiple other items that came from China and have not had delays like this.
