The tracker says this parcel has been delivered. It has not been received by me. Please tell me where it is? The tracking number is not recognised by the Post Office in the Isle of Man.

VY00000002926975 is not China Post parcel. It is from a private shipping agent called VY Express.

VY Express Tracking Database shows it was Delivered n Oct 21.

If you didn't get the item, please contact shipper and ask for original shipping label copy. We believe the seller printed wrong address.
