According to the shop app my parcel has been delivered. But I do not have it my tracker number is zs20147367999. Can you look into this

zs20147367999 was delivered in Glasgow，G62 7LH on Sep 10. If you didn't get the goods, you might be a victim of a shopping scam. Read following:
