LX001297545PL arrived in Guangzhou on July 18 but the recipient has not made customs clearance. The item is still in Guangzhou and might be returned to Poland shortly. The delay normally is caused by following reasons:
1)Shipper forgot to print the recipient's mobile phone number in the parcel. Without that number, China Post can not send customs clearance notification to recipient. Also without mobile phone number, proper delivery is almost impossible in China.
Solution: Ask recipient to call China Post local hotline 11183(Chinese Mandarin only), they will guide him/her to make customs clearance and pickup the parcel in person from a local post office.

2) The recipient does not want to make customs clearance and accept the parcel. This often happens when parcel is a return for refund. Some bad seller often play such game in order to avoid refunding money. This is not a shipping or customs clearance issue, but a matter of seller integrity, which a carrier like China Post cannot resolve. You need to contact your marketplace or credit bank to settle this problem.

Only recipient in china is allowed to make customs clearance.

Recipient must make customs declaration first. If recipient confirm it is a return from his original shipment, customs duty can be exampt.
