all these 3 parcels arrived in Guangzhou on Feb 1. But the recipient has never made customs declaration. It seems that the recipient doesn't want to accept your parcel. Are they return item for refund?

the seller is playing games with you. He/She doesn‘t want to accept your parcel and give you refund. You need open dispute to the marketplace
