Post Where is my parcel?

I bought a product on the 30th of October from MoeMarket.com. My product ships from China to England. China Post delivers the package, and Parcel Force receives and delivers my package to my door. My tracking website says it has been handed over to the carrier for transportation on the 18th/23rd of November, which I assume means it was leaving China and heading over to the UK. However, it's now the 23rd of December, and there is no update on whether my parcel has been shipped to the UK or where my parcel is.

I emailed Japan Bloom regarding this issue (moemarket's contact for support), and he said "Due to postal peak season and bad weather, it may has delay on the postal service" and just gave me the same tracking websites I used to track my parcel. I contacted Parcel Force about this, and they said my parcel has never entered the UK at all.

Is this normal? It has been 4 weeks since it was handed over to the carrier. How much longer do I have to wait?

I use this tracking website to track my package. You might need to translate the Chinese language.

CY031568919CN is SAS low priority parcel. Such parcel can not compete shipping space with high priority parcels in holiday rush season. Waiting time is quite long in Xmas rush time. You need wait some more time.
