I have sent my parcel with the tracking number: CY286050599 DE on 23.10.2024 from Germany to china, unfortunately I have not received any feedback so far.
Could you please help me how I can track my parcel?

CY286050599DE arrived in Jinghua(Yiwu) customs warehouse on Oct 30. It is still waiting the Receiver to make customs declaration.

Did the sender forget to write the recipient's mobile number on the packages? China Post needs to send a verification SMS to the recipient for them to use the app to declare customs. If the recipient hasn't received the SMS, please have the recipient call the local customs broker in Jinghua . Phone number 11185.

Another possibility is that the recipient simply does not want the package. This situation is usually due to the packages being shopping returns. Many unscrupulous sellers refuse to accept returns to avoid refunds. If this is the case, the postal company won't be able to help you. You need to contact your shopping platform (Amazon, AliExpress, PayPal, etc.) to file a complaint against the seller.
