Hi I understand parcels are still in China due to the 90% cancelations of flights and now priority is given to EMS parcels.

Please double check if the below parcels have left china or are still in China the tracking numbers are below:

RV339371195CN
RV362381497CN

and if they are still in china, is it possible that i can pay for the EMS service for them such that they could get preferrence. I am getting worried they might get lost and i want them shipped as soon as possible.

both parcels are still in China. Unfortunately you can not upgrade the service to EMS even if you want pay money. Right now you need some patient and wait.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute to seller for refund. you can pay back to seller after you get the parcel in future.
