I shipped my package #CP354626269CN from China (Jinan) to Italy on the 2nd of January 2020 by sea.
The package has been updated until 08/01/2020 when it was shipped from Shanghai.
However, since then I haven't received any news and it has already spent four months.
I don't know what to do...

This kind of sea parcel is extremely slow and often without any update after leaving China. Usually it will take 3 months to 6 months to reach Italy. You need some patient.
