Hello and have a good day!

Can you please tell me where my parcel is right now? Reseller says the've sent it by April 17th. tracking nr. is: LO982844915CN

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LO982844915CN was shipped on April 17 from China. It was sent to shanghai airport on apr 22 and is still in shanghai airport waiting for flight to germany.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to germany. China Post has serious shipping space shortage and bad delay.

If your buyer protection is not expiring, I suggest you keep waiting. Otherwise open dispute for refund.
